About you
- Minimum of two years' experience working with systems, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience managing external contract relationships
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and eLearning development tools
- Excellent communication and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to manage projects using methodologies like PRINCE2 and handle risks proactively
- Relevant HND/HNC qualification or equivalent; PRINCE2 accreditation is desirable
- Experience delivering formal training sessions and facilitation skills
What you'll do
- Lead the management and continuous improvement of key digital learning systems, including LMS and CORE Talent
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and evaluate digital and blended learning solutions
- Support the delivery of online projects such as onboarding and performance management
- Analyse data and produce management reports that inform strategic learning initiatives
- Deliver engaging in-person training sessions tailored to organisational needs
- Ensure compliance with records management policies and support organisational transformation goals
