About you
- Previous experience managing end-to-end bid and tender processes
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Excellent project management and organisational ability
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to respond to detailed criteria
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Experience in a professional services or marketing environment is desirable

- Coordinate bids and tenders from initiation through to submission
- Track tender portals and manage deadlines and clarifications
- Draft and review high-quality tender responses and proposals
