VANRATH Recruitment is partnering with a large public sector organisation in Belfast to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist for an initial 6-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join a busy HR function supporting recruitment across a range of specialist and hard-to-fill positions. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing innovative attraction strategies, improving candidate engagement and supporting hiring managers through the full recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Developing and reviewing job descriptions and recruitment materials
- Creating innovative attraction strategies for specialist vacancies
- Supporting candidate selection and onboarding activity
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Assisting with recruitment events and talent attraction initiatives
- Providing recruitment insights and market recommendations
About You
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an in-house recruitment role
- Experience recruiting for difficult-to-fill or specialist vacancies
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
