Solicitor - Residential Conveyancing & Private Client | Belfast Belfast | Full-Time | Competitive Salary Excellent Benefits Are you a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor looking for your next move with an established and highly regarded Belfast law firm? We are working with a well-respected practice that is looking to appoint a Solicitor to join its Conveyancing & Probate team. This is a great opportunity for a solicitor who wants to take ownership of their own caseload, work directly with clients and build their career within an experienced and supportive team. The role will be predominantly focused on Residential Conveyancing, with the opportunity to develop your experience across Wills, Probate and Private Client work. What will you be doing? You will manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to completion, advising clients throughout the process and ensuring matters progress smoothly and efficiently. Your work will include: Managing residential sales and purchases from instruction through to completion Advising clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process Managing your own files with a high degree of autonomy Dealing with transfers and associated property matters Building strong relationships with clients and providing a high level of client care Advising on Wills, Probate and estate matters Working alongside experienced solicitors across the wider team What are we looking for? We are keen to speak with Northern Ireland qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years' PQE and solid residential conveyancing experience. You will ideally have: Strong residential conveyancing experience The ability to manage your own caseload from instruction to completion Excellent client care and communication skills Strong organisation and attention to detail The confidence to work independently while contributing to a wider team Probate, Wills or Private Client experience would be advantageous, but is not essential.
