An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor through to circa 3 years' PQE to join a highly regarded and growing Belfast law firm with an excellent reputation across Immigration, Employment and Litigation.

This role would particularly suit:

  • An NQ Solicitor looking to specialise in Immigration Law
  • A solicitor with Employment or Litigation experience seeking a new direction
  • A candidate with strong advocacy, client care and case management skills who enjoys meaningful, people-focused work

The successful candidate will join a collaborative and highly respected team known for delivering practical, responsive and client-centred legal advice across a broad range of complex and high-profile matters.

The Opportunity

You will work across a varied caseload with exposure to:

  • Personal and business immigration matters
  • Skilled Worker and Sponsor Licence applications
  • Visa and settlement applications
  • Human rights and judicial review matters
  • Tribunal and contentious work
  • Employment-related immigration issues

What We're Looking For

Candidates should ideally have:

  • Qualified Solicitor status in Northern Ireland (or due to qualify shortly)
  • Experience in Immigration Law OR transferable experience in Employment and/or Litigation
  • Strong drafting and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and client management abilities
  • A proactive and collaborative approach
  • Interest in advocacy, contentious matters and client-facing work
  • Experience of tribunal work, judicial review or employment disputes would be particularly advantageous but is not essential.
