Client: Leading Main Contractor that has been operating for over 20 years across the UK and Ireland, consistently delivering high quality solutions. They work across various sectors carrying out a range of projects including new build, fit-out and facilities maintenance.
The Role:
- Lead daily site activities, overseeing groundworks, civils, and new build operations
- Supervise trades, subcontractors, and ensure high standards of workmanship
- Coordinate project sequences to keep activities on schedule, resolving issues swiftly
- Maintain full compliance with health & safety legislation, RAMS, and site procedures
- Collaborate with clients, project teams, and design professionals to ensure seamless project delivery
- Monitor site productivity, quality, and ensure project milestones are met from start to finish
The Ideal Person:
- Degree or HND Qualified or other relevant qualifications
- Main Contractor background
- Track record as a No.1 Site Manager
- Experience working on new build projects from the ground up
- CSR card
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines
- Strong man management skills able to get the best out of site teams
- High level of IT literacy
- Able to travel to sites in Omagh and Monaghan
