Customer care is a top priority, and in this role, you will play a key part in ensuring every customer enjoys a first-class Aftersales experience from start to finish. About This Role Main Duties The role involves both face-to-face and telephone interaction with customers, always with the goal of delivering exceptional customer service and support. The role also includes promoting products and services such as EVHCs and Service Plans, so an understanding of these offerings will be beneficial.
