VANRATH are pleased to be partnering with a specialist digital agency that is continuing to experience strong growth across its SEO and Performance Marketing function. The team is now seeking a SEO Marketer with a focus on content strategy and Digital PR to support the development and execution of organic growth campaigns across a varied client portfolio. This role offers genuine autonomy, structured progression and access to senior expertise - making it an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to shape their career, contribute ideas and take ownership of client outcomes.
The SEO Specialist will work closely with clients to develop content-led SEO strategies, deliver measurable improvements in visibility and rankings, and support Digital PR initiatives to strengthen authority and backlink profiles.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities, search trends and content gaps
- Perform competitor analysis to inform strategy and positioning
- Develop and implement content-driven SEO strategies that support long-term growth
- Optimise and refresh existing on-site content based on SEO insights and performance data
- Support Digital PR and link acquisition activities
- Build SEO roadmaps and project plans aligned to client objectives
- Produce monthly performance reporting and communicate insights to stakeholders
This role will suit someone who is confident in their SEO approach, collaborative, and comfortable engaging directly with clients.
Essential Criteria:- 2+ years SEO experience (agency experience preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio & SEO tools such as Ahrefs / Screaming Frog
- Comfortable leading client conversations and presenting strategy and performance
- Commercially aware with the ability to identify growth opportunities and upsell where relevant
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to articulate insights clearly
