What you'll do
- Reporting to the Senior Working Capital Manager, you will:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of 15-20 working capital professionals
- Drive operational excellence across billing, cash allocation, WIP and collections
- Support delivery of the working capital transformation roadmap
- Identify opportunities for automation, standardisation and process improvement
- Define and monitor KPIs to support data-driven decision making
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders and partners
- Ensure timely, accurate and compliant delivery of working capital processes
- Support senior leadership with strategic initiatives and continuous improvement
About you
- Proven experience leading finance or working capital teams in a complex environment
- Strong background in billing, WIP, collections or broader working capital
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Experience within legal or professional services is highly desirable
- Strong systems and data capability
- Resilient, collaborative and solutions-focused leadership style
