What You'll Do
- Oversee and process end-to-end payroll for multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local legislation
- Manage high-volume payroll cycles, coordinating with HR, finance, and external vendors
- Ensure accurate statutory reporting, tax submissions, and year-end reconciliations
- Respond to payroll queries with efficiency and professionalism
- Support system upgrades, automation projects, and process improvements
- Collaborate with international teams to standardise and streamline payroll practices globally
About You
- Proven experience managing multi-country payrolls, ideally across EMEA, APAC, or the Americas
- Skilled in high-volume payroll environments (e.g., 1,000+ employees)
- Excellent working knowledge of payroll legislation, tax, and compliance in at least one key global market
- Proficient in major payroll systems (e.g. ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar)
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders across time zones
