About you:
- Proven experience in construction estimating or related commercial roles on large-scale projects
- Strong grasp of construction methods, cost planning, and contract types relevant to UK and Irish markets
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills with sharp attention to detail
- Confident communicator capable of managing stakeholders effectively at all levels
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent (Level 8 or higher)
- Experience with estimating software and digital tools is advantageous
What you'll do:
- Lead the creation and submission of detailed, competitive cost estimates for complex projects
