Client Specialists in Natural Stone Facades and Landscapes, operating across residential, commercial, civic, and conservation sectors, delivering high-quality natural stone and low-carbon, sustainable alternatives throughout Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
This is a wide-ranging pre-construction role requiring involvement from early-stage surveys, feasibility studies, and budgeting, through to value engineering and tender submission. The position offers scope to develop into a project management role on local and RoI-based projects, depending on experience and ambition.
Responsibilities:- You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and budgets.
- Undertaking site surveys and feasibility assessments.
- Contributing to value engineering exercises.
- Preparing and submitting tenders.
- Supporting commercial and technical discussions with clients and design teams.
- Working closely with internal teams to identify opportunities, support business development activity, and help shape project solutions from concept through to construction.
- Minimum 10+ years' estimating experience within construction or a related sector.
- Comfortable using surveying equipment.
- Commercially astute with the ability to react quickly and seize opportunities.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to upsell and build strong client relationships.
- Full driving licence and valid passport.
- No previous natural stone experience required (full training provided).
- Experience in Quantity Surveying.
- Experience in Contract Management.
- Previous involvement in pre-construction or commercial functions.
