The Opportunity: Due to continued growth the Company are seeking an ambitious Senior Cost Manager to join their Belfast office and support the growth of the business and continued delivery of high level of service to their diverse Client base. The Cost and Commercial Management teams work across a variety of sectors, offering the chance to work on a wide variety of interesting and stimulating projects with no sector boundaries while being supported with further training and development that creates the perfect environment in which to progress your career. Working within a dedicated and dynamic cost team and reporting directly into Associate Directors and Directors (Belfast), this is an exciting opportunity to work directly with repeat clients and project teams on a range of sectors. Key Responsibilities: Preparation of cost estimates and cost plans Procurement advice, preparation of tender documentation (including Bills of Quantities) Tender analysis and recommendation reporting Contract administration and commercial management Valuations and payment assessments Change control and cost reporting Risk management and value engineering Final account negotiation and agreement Stakeholder engagement and client liaison Supporting the delivery of high-quality consultancy services across multiple projects and sectors Contributing to business development initiatives and the development of long-term client relationships The Ideal Person: Degree qualified MRICS preferred, but not essential. Other professional qualifications or memberships desirable.
