Candidate Profile We're keen to speak with accountants who can demonstrate: An accounting qualification together with 3-5 years' post-qualified experience Previous exposure to finance operations within a corporate, shared service or professional environment The confidence to engage with senior management and challenge constructively where required Strong technical accounting knowledge and an understanding of financial controls A track record of identifying and delivering process improvements Core Duties Reporting into the finance leadership team, responsibilities will include: Delivering monthly financial and management information to support business decision-making Assisting with statutory reporting requirements and liaising with external auditors throughout year-end audits Maintaining balance sheet integrity through regular reconciliations and financial reviews Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles across the business Coordinating supplier payments, intercompany transactions and finance administration activities Managing key month-end accounting responsibilities to ensure reporting deadlines are achieved Monitoring cash positions and maintaining relationships with banking partners Why Consider This Role?
