VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Sales Negotiator for a leading property company based in Glengormley. This is a permanent, full-time position, Monday-Friday, with flexibility available where required. Salary: Competitive salary + excellent benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, agents, and key stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and property analysis to support valuations and sales strategy
  • Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, finance providers, and other parties to ensure smooth progression of transactions
  • Negotiate offers and support sales progression activities
  • Monitor and track property transactions through the legal process
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
  • Support the wider property portfolio where required

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience within property sales, estate agency, sales negotiation, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
