- Ideally qualified to Level 6 (or equivalent) in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or Economics
- Experience within a high‑end hotel setting, ideally across multiple properties or a cluster environment
- Strong working knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS, EZYRMS, Sabre SynXis CRS/GDS, D‑EDGE Channel Manager, Lighthouse, and STR systems
- Advanced analytical ability, including strong Excel skills
- High level of commercial awareness and strategic mindset
- Demonstrated ability to analyse complex data and translate insights into practical strategies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively
- Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload independently
What you'll do:
- Design, implement, and regularly review revenue strategies across several properties
- Optimise both transient and group revenue through pricing strategies, inventory management, and demand forecasting
- Track market trends, competitor behaviour, and booking data to identify revenue opportunities
- Oversee distribution systems and channels to maintain pricing accuracy and maximise exposure
- Deliver detailed forecasts and performance analysis to senior management to support decision‑making
- Work closely with General Managers, Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to ensure alignment on commercial goals
- Drive testing initiatives and continuous improvement processes within revenue management
