- Degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience developing and refining business processes
- Skilled in financial modelling, impact assessments, and cost-benefit analysis
- Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex information
- Organised and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently
- Collaborative team player with stakeholder engagement capability
- Desirable: experience with Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate; regulated environment knowledge; project management experience; relevant financial modelling certifications
What you'll do
- Lead and support regulatory projects, including price control initiatives and reporting processes
- Manage licence compliance activities and regulatory submissions
- Provide regulatory input for market projects and organisational initiatives
- Develop and monitor performance reporting aligned with regulatory standards
- Support tariff calculations to underpin financial sustainability
- Engage with the Utility Regulator and other stakeholders proactively
- Collaborate across teams to ensure regulatory requirements are integrated into organisational practices
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and reporting standards
