Shifts are Monday - Thursday (8.30am - 5.00pm) and Friday (8.30am - 2.00pm). The office is based in Dunmurry, in office. This is a Permanent role.
Salary: £26,000 (room for negotiation) + Fantastic Benefits package, and development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a professional and welcoming reception service for all visitors, including greeting, assisting, and directing them appropriately, and notifying relevant colleagues of arrivals.
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls, handling and directing enquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Manage telephony systems and building security processes, ensuring all access controls, guidelines, and procedures are followed.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, safe, and presentable at all times, promptly escalating any safety, security, or facilities issues.
- Maintain site directories, meeting room bookings, equipment schedules, and car parking reservations, ensuring meeting and site protocols are adhered to.
- Support local site communications, including visitor information displays and public announcements where required.
- Support fire safety and emergency evacuation procedures in line with site requirements.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required.
- Promote and role-model organisational values, contributing to an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative working environment.
- Actively support a safety-first culture, promoting a safe and healthy working environment for all.
- Develop personal capability through training, coaching, and ongoing professional development.
