VANRATH is pleased to be partnering with a fast-growing property business to recruit a Property Manager for their Belfast office. This is an excellent chance to become part of an ambitious organisation during an exciting period of expansion following a recent business acquisition.
Salary & Perks:
- £30,000 - £35,000 basic salary plus bonus potential
- Bonus scheme linked to performance
- Full-time role: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Flexible working options available upon successful completion of probation

About You:
- Minimum 1 year's experience within property management, lettings, or estate agency/property sales
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Solutions-focused, proactive, and able to remain calm under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional approach with excellent interpersonal skills
- Full UK driving licence required
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, delivering a high standard of service to both landlords and tenants
- Coordinate the full tenancy lifecycle from check-in through to move-out
- Respond to maintenance issues efficiently, working closely with contractors and suppliers
- Build and maintain strong working relationships through effective communication
- Keep property records up to date while ensuring legal and internal compliance standards are met
- Work towards and achieve performance targets and business objectives
