CLIENT VANRATH are partnered with a long-established NI contractor who specialise in commercial fit-out delivery across Northern Ireland. With 20 years of steady repeat business, they offer stable workload, professional environment and NI-only project delivery (no UK travel / no nights away).
The Ideal Person
- Experience managing fit-out / interiors projects (commercial / retail / education / healthcare)
- Site Managers / Construction Managers with strong fit-out experience also encouraged to apply
- Able to coordinate multiple subcontractors and stakeholders
- Strong commercial awareness and programme control
- CSR card
- Driving Licence essential
- SMSTS / First Aid desirable
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver multiple NI fit-out projects from inception to handover
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour
- Maintain project programmes and resource schedules
- Chair progress meetings and manage client communication
- Track cost, change, variations and programme with commercial team
- Ensure all projects are delivered to HSEQ standards
- Oversee quality control, snagging and final close-out
Remuneration
£45,000 - £55,000 DOE car benefits
