13 - £14.50 per hour Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Office-based role in Belfast.

About you
- Previous experience in an administrative, procurement or supply chain support role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination ability
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proactive and team-oriented approach
- Experience using ERP or purchasing systems (desirable)
What you'll do
- Provide administrative support to the procurement and supply chain team
- Process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records
- Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries and queries
- Monitor stock levels and support inventory administration
- Maintain supplier databases and documentation
- Assist with invoice reconciliation and reporting
- Support internal stakeholders with purchasing requests and updates
- Ensure procurement processes comply with company procedures and policies
