VANRATH are assisting a thriving Services based company with the recruitment of a Work Planning Administrator to join their fun and friendly Belfast team. This company has a fantastic reputation for a great work life and offers many progression opportunities. The role is permanent and based beside Hannahstown / Andersonstown with a salary of £31,000 plus fantastic benefits in a modern workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritise service and maintenance tasks for our existing customers
- Schedule and coordinate service visits for our Technicians
- Communicate with customers to arrange access where needed
- Support Technicians with administrative tasks (e.g., issuing RAMS, insurance documents)
- Coordinate with Subcontract Clients and ensure clear communication of service arrangements
- Log and assign call-out requests promptly, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance
- Provide customer support via phone and email
- Keep our operational system up to date to support Technician efficiency
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when recording information
- Carry out additional tasks as required by management or business needs
The Ideal Person:
- Previous use and operation of planning and scheduling software
- 2 years transferrable experience, ideally from a planning, service desk background
- Minimum 5 GCSE's (A-C), including English and Maths
