Job Purpose: To drive the standard in customer care and to achieve sales figures by delivering a high level of consultative solution selling to internal and external customers. To maintain comprehensive, detailed and timely records.

About you:

  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally, in a professional manner
  • Have the ability to prioritise effectively and be highly organised
  • A full driving licence
  • Relevant parts experience within motor factors or commercial vehicle industry - working within a franchised dealership parts department would be highly desirable

What you'll do:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by providing a consultative sales solution to internal and external customers.
  • Deliver the necessary level of sales by educating customers in the range of parts and accessories appropriate for their needs.
  • Proactively identify new customers, and build an effective and profitable relationship.
  • Retain existing customers through effective customer management techniques.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records, and ensure they are up-to-date at all times.
  • Promote and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction in line with the company's vision.
