This is a key role acting as the first point of contact for visitors, members and stakeholders, while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of reception and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a busy switchboard, handling and directing incoming calls efficiently
  • Provide a professional reception service, welcoming all visitors
  • Respond to general queries and direct enquiries to the appropriate teams
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post, including logging and distribution
  • Maintain visitor records, parcel handling and general office coordination
