The successful candidate will work closely with solicitors on a varied caseload including personal injury, road traffic accidents, employer liability, public liability, and commercial litigation matters. Key Responsibilities
- Assisting solicitors with the management of litigation files from instruction to conclusion
- Drafting legal correspondence and court documents
- Liaising with clients, counsel, insurers, medical professionals, and third parties
- Preparing briefs and bundles for court hearings
- Conducting legal research and reviewing case documentation
- Managing case files and ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedures
- Supporting the team with general administrative and case management duties
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience within a litigation/paralegal role preferred
