The Role
- Assist and advise on a broad range of residential property matters including:
- Residential sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Title investigations and property searches
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documentation
- Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents and third parties
- Managing transactions through to successful completion
About You
- Newly Qualified Solicitor or due to qualify shortly
- Strong interest in residential conveyancing and property law
- Excellent communication and client care skills
