A highly reputable accountancy firm in Belfast is seeking a Newly Qualified Accountant to join their team in a genuinely varied, all-round role offering strong client exposure and excellent long-term development. The Role
This is a broad practice role designed for a newly qualified accountant who wants exposure across accounts, audit and advisory rather than being siloed early in their career. You will work closely with managers and partners, gaining well-rounded experience and developing strong, long-term client relationships.
What You Will Do
- Prepare statutory accounts for a varied portfolio of SME and owner-managed business clients
- Assist on audit assignments from planning through to completion
- Produce management accounts and support clients with commercial insight
- Support tax compliance work, with exposure to both corporate and personal tax
- Deal directly with clients, understanding their businesses and building trusted relationships
- Get involved in ad-hoc advisory and project-based work
- Work collaboratively within a supportive, approachable team
