About you

  • Newly qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CPA)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and present findings clearly
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment is desirable

What you'll do

  • Assist in preparing high-quality monthly management accounts packs with supporting schedules for internal and Board reporting
  • Reconcile key control accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records
  • Contribute to monthly stock reconciliations, resolving discrepancies efficiently
  • Oversee treasury activities including cash flow monitoring, FX hedging, and liquidity management
  • Support the preparation of annual budgets and review monthly overheads with budget holders
  • Liaise with external auditors on statutory accounts and ensure compliance
  • Provide guidance to the Credit Controller on credit control activities
  • Drive process improvements within the finance department and across the wider business
