This is an exciting opportunity to lead innovative marketing initiatives in an established Public Sector Organisaiton. Salary/Benefits Salary in the range of £37,694 - £38,990 per annum Flexible working scheme for improved work-life balance Generous holiday entitlement Immediate start Opportunities for learning and development within the organisation About you A minimum of three years' experience leading impactful marketing campaigns in a similar environment Relevant degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, or related fields Proven knowledge of creative production processes, including design and print management Expertise in digital marketing, including social media strategy and paid advertising (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) Excellent copywriting, proof-reading, and communication skills Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite What you'll do Develop and deliver engaging, insight-driven marketing campaigns to promote the organisation and increase visitor numbers Oversee the creation of compelling content for digital and print channels, ensuring consistency with each brand's tone of voice Manage relationships with media agencies, partners, and suppliers to optimise campaign delivery and effectiveness Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement Monitor performance metrics to evaluate campaign success and optimise future strategies Attend events and produce real-time social media content to enhance audience engagement For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the Jamie Gault for a confidential chat today.
