VANRATH are delighted to be supporting a highly regarded professional organisation in the recruitment of a Marketing & Administration Coordinator for an initial interim contract based in Belfast City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and creative individual who enjoys a varied role combining marketing, communications and business support responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a key role supporting day-to-day operations, stakeholder engagement and digital communications activity.

The successful candidate will support across both marketing and administration functions, including:

  • Assisting with social media management and content scheduling across professional platforms
  • Supporting marketing campaigns, member communications and promotional activity
  • Creating and coordinating digital content, newsletters and marketing materials
  • Updating website content and supporting online engagement initiatives
  • Coordinating meetings, training sessions, workshops and events
  • Managing bookings, attendee records and CRM/database updates
  • Providing general administrative and operational support to the wider team
  • Liaising professionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting reporting, documentation and day-to-day office coordination

Applicants should be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience within a marketing, communications, administration or coordination role
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience managing or supporting social media and digital communications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
  • Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience using Canva, Mailchimp, CRM systems or website platforms would be advantageous
