About you

  • Minimum 3 years post-qualification HR experience, ideally within manufacturing
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors or similar
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deliver training and generate insightful reports
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team

What you'll do

  • Support recruitment efforts by developing job descriptions, advertising, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including inductions, attendance, and leavers
  • Maintain accurate HR data on systems like SAP, ensuring compliance and preparing reports
  • Assist with health and safety initiatives, including risk assessments and accident investigations
  • Lead employee engagement activities and coordinate site training programmes
  • Support dispute resolution and foster positive employee relations within the site
  • Contribute to site HR KPIs and participate in site-wide HR and safety projects
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and staff, ensuring policies are upheld
