About you

  • Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA accountant
  • Minimum of 1 year post-qualified experience within a finance environment
  • Proven expertise in financial reporting and balance sheet control
  • Experience working with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and proactive approach
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and a desire for continuous development

What you'll do

  • Prepare monthly management accounts with insightful commentary and variance analysis
  • Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations supporting audit standards
  • Manage accruals, prepayments, and detailed P&L analysis to support operational efficiency
  • Support forecasting activities including cash flow, working capital, and P&L projections
  • Assist with VAT and statutory regulatory compliance, including audit preparations
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and strengthen finance controls
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of financial processes and documentation
