About you:

What you'll do:
- Coordinate the preparation, packing, and dispatch of materials and equipment efficiently
- Manage dangerous goods compliance and oversee shipment sign-off
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials in line with project schedules
- Collaborate closely with project managers and technical teams on material planning
- Coordinate logistics for planned maintenance activities across multiple sites
- Liaise with transport providers to organise domestic and international deliveries
- Monitor dispatch schedules, identify risks, and resolve issues promptly
- Keep detailed records of all materials issued, dispatched, and returned
