An established organisation operating within a highly regulated, forward-looking sector is seeking a Legal Executive to join its in-house team. This is a varied role suited to someone highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable supporting across legal, corporate governance and compliance activities.

The Role

  • You'll provide day-to-day support across legal, risk and company secretarial functions, including:
    • Maintaining contracts, legal documentation and internal registers
    • Supporting procurement processes, reporting and supplier-related activities
    • Assisting with data protection, policy updates and compliance documentation
    • Contributing to litigation preparation and document management
    • Supporting insurance renewals and risk reporting processes
    • Updating and maintaining the corporate risk register and action trackers
    • Assisting with company secretarial duties, including meeting coordination, minutes and statutory records
    • Handling internal and external queries, including KYC requests
    • Providing general administrative support across the wider team

About You

  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role within a legal or regulated environment
  • Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a collaborative approach
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and document management systems
  • Able to manage workload independently and handle sensitive information appropriately

Desirable

  • Law degree or company secretarial qualification
  • Exposure to legal, compliance or governance processes
