The Ideal Person
- Previous experience in a legal bookkeeping role.
- Excellent numerical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Daily banking and processing of receipts and payments.
- Posting transactions and maintaining accurate client and office ledgers.
- Accounts Payable, processing invoices from suppliers.
- Completing bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
- Reconciling supplier accounts.
- Assist with billing during key periods such as month-end.
- Finance administration.
