A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its busy and expanding Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of litigation matters within a supportive and professional environment. The successful candidate will work closely with solicitors on a varied caseload including personal injury, road traffic accidents, employer liability, public liability, and commercial litigation matters. Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting solicitors with the management of litigation files from instruction to conclusion
  • Drafting legal correspondence and court documents
  • Liaising with clients, counsel, insurers, medical professionals, and third parties
  • Preparing briefs and bundles for court hearings
  • Conducting legal research and reviewing case documentation
  • Managing case files and ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedures
  • Supporting the team with general administrative and case management duties
