We are currently recruiting for an IT Administrator to join a leading organisation's applications team on a temporary 6+ month contract (with strong potential for a permanent role). This IT Administrator role is ideally suited to someone with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability, a self-starter with a proactive approach to learning. This role would be ideal for someone with a solid foundation of IT Support experience and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve applications support tickets to the business, including investigation and resolution of system issues
  • Manage system administration tasks including user access, security, and ongoing maintenance
  • Analyse data to ensure accuracy, identify trends, and highlight risks or opportunities
  • Oversee data management processes, ensuring data integrity and governance of key master data
  • Maintain and update helpdesk records and process documentation knowledge bases
  • Assist in the development of training materials and deliver end-user training where required

Criteria

  • Service Desk / IT Support experience
  • Application support exposure such as SAP or ERP would be great to have but not essential
  • Strong communication and customer service skills (in-house support role but lots of interaction with end users)
  • Ideal for an IT Graduate with a year or 2 IT Support experience and some customer service experience.
