About your next employer:
VANRATH are delighted to be partnering with an established organisation based in Belfast in their recruitment of an Interim Senior Project Manager. This is an initial 3-month assignment, with the potential for extension, and represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Management professional to step into a key position within the business. From Day 1 you will be given autonomy within the role, and will be responsible for reporting directly to the Transformation Lead.
About you:
- 10+ years of project management experience, especially in business transformation/change
- Ability to manage and lead multiple IT/Digital projects, and workstreams, simultaneously
- Strong understanding of project governance, RAID management, and stakeholder engagement
- IT Proficiency and experience of using PM tools
- Relevant PM certifications
What you'll do:
- Manage delivery plans, dependencies, actions, and governance processes for multiple projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, operations, finance, and external suppliers
- Manage cross-functional resource ensuring all roles are understood and accepted
- Maintain an end-to-end view of projects, identifying impacts across business and technology
- Drive issues to resolution and ensure clear ownership and accountability
