About you: At least 3 years' experience in inbound logistics or supply chain within a high-volume manufacturing setting Hands-on experience managing multi-site inbound logistics operations Proficient in freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs processes, including TSS declerations and duty reimbursement Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of HMRC import/export regulations and Microsoft Navision is desirable What you'll do: Coordinate all inbound shipments across multiple manufacturing and warehouse sites, ensuring on-time delivery Manage high-volume containerised, groupage, and courier freight, acting as the main contact for freight providers and customs agents Monitor shipment progress, proactively resolving delays or risks to maintain production schedules Support customs compliance, audits, and inspections, maintaining accurate records and documentation Collaborate closely with purchasing, production, warehouse, and finance teams to optimise inbound logistics processes Track KPIs, identify continuous improvement opportunities, and ensure cost-effective freight management For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
