Conveyancing Solicitor | Belfast | Hybrid | Up to £65,000 + Bonus We're working with a well-established Belfast law firm that is looking to add an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to its busy and supportive Property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a residential conveyancing solicitor looking for quality work, genuine autonomy and a strong pipeline of work already in place.
You'll manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, supported by an experienced team and established processes, within a firm that places a strong emphasis on client service and long-term career development.
The Role
You'll handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including: Managing residential sales, purchases and remortgages.
Advising clients throughout the conveyancing process.
Drafting and reviewing contracts and title documentation.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other relevant parties.
Progressing files efficiently and managing key deadlines.
Ensuring work is completed to the required legal and regulatory standards.
Building strong and lasting client relationships.
