What you'll do

  • Lead and manage HR service improvement projects from scoping to stabilisation, ensuring successful delivery and measurable benefits
  • Support the development and exploration of new HR and Payroll systems, assessing their suitability and aligning them with business needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to challenge existing processes and implement innovative, digital solutions
  • Facilitate working groups to ensure effective communication and project progression
  • Monitor project performance and continuously seek opportunities for process enhancement and service excellence
  • Provide expert guidance on employment legislation, HR policies and statutory requirements within projects
  • Support and develop team members, promoting a high-performance culture
