VANRATH is partnering with a well-established business to recruit an HR Coordinator to join its wider HR team, supporting the Employee Relations function on a full-time, permanent basis.

About You / Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in an Employee Relations or HR role
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to build effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond to changing business needs
  • Willing to travel occasionally

What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general HR administrative support, including handling queries, maintaining records, and managing shared inboxes
  • Support a range of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, and leavers
  • Assist with employee relations activity, including supporting casework and preparing associated documentation
  • Support organisational change processes, including consultation activities and coordination with relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinate HR activities such as reviews, absence management processes, and flexible working requests
  • Prepare documents and collate information to support managers with HR-related matters
  • Arrange meetings and provide accurate, confidential note-taking as required
  • Ensure HR processes are carried out in line with relevant policies and employment legislation
