About You
- Must have experience within HR
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a busy environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Confident user of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
What You'll Do
- Act as a first point of contact for HR queries and policy-related questions
- Support recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and preparation of offer documentation
- Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and consistent experience for new starters
- Support day-to-day HR administration across the full employee lifecycle
- Maintain and update HR systems and employee records with a high level of accuracy
- Produce and maintain HR reports, ensuring data accuracy across HR systems
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Coordinate training and development activities, including scheduling sessions and tracking attendance
- Support performance review processes and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist with internal communications, including company updates and announcements
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal HR policies
- Provide general administrative support to the wider HR and People team
