About You

  • Must have experience within HR
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a busy environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook

What You'll Do

  • Act as a first point of contact for HR queries and policy-related questions
  • Support recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and preparation of offer documentation
  • Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and consistent experience for new starters
  • Support day-to-day HR administration across the full employee lifecycle
  • Maintain and update HR systems and employee records with a high level of accuracy
  • Produce and maintain HR reports, ensuring data accuracy across HR systems
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Coordinate training and development activities, including scheduling sessions and tracking attendance
  • Support performance review processes and employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist with internal communications, including company updates and announcements
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal HR policies
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider HR and People team
