About you

Hold BCC A Levels or equivalent, along with GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above Genuine interest in people, organisations, and employee experience Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately Proficient with Microsoft Office or willing to develop IT skills Curious, proactive, and eager to learn and develop A collaborative team player with a positive attitude What you'll do Assist with recruitment processes, such as preparing role information, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth experience for new starters Help coordinate learning and development activities, including maintaining training records and preparing materials Contribute to employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, including surveys and internal communications Maintain accurate HR and recruitment records, supporting HR systems and reporting Provide administrative support across various HR activities, including document preparation and meeting organisation Participate in team meetings, offer ideas, and support ongoing projects and campaigns For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
