This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, providing expert HR guidance while contributing to meaningful organisational improvements. Candidate Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience applying HR expertise across employee relations and employment legislation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
- Excellent questioning and analytical skills to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions
- A consultative, flexible, and commercially focused approach
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
- High level of discretion and understanding of confidentiality requirements
