Reporting to the HR Business Partners, this role is situated within a collaborative and forward-thinking organisation that is a respected name locally and nationally. About you Degree educated and CIPD qualified Minimum of three years' HR experience, ideally within manufacturing or food sectors Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices Proven experience managing employee relations and conflict resolution Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Flexibility to travel between sites and access to your own transport What you'll do Provide expert HR advice and support to employees and managers across the group Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution Support the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives to enhance engagement Keep up-to-date with employment law and ensure company compliance Assist in the development and rollout of policies and training programmes For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
