VANRATH are pleased to be supporting a well-established organisation with UK and Ireland operations in the recruitment of an experienced HR Advisor. Based in Armagh with the option of one remote day per week, this role will provide HR support across multiple business units.
Key Details:
- Salary: Competitive
- Full time, 12 Month Contract
- Hybrid working (1 day WFH)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support to managers on employee relations, absence, change management, and disciplinary matters.
- Manage recruitment processes, including ATS administration and onboarding.
- Contribute to training, employee engagement, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Deliver induction programmes and support first-line manager training.
- Ensure compliance reporting and maintain accurate HR systems and records.
- Collaborate with HR Shared Services and Occupational Health teams to ensure best practice.
Essential:
- CIPD qualified (minimum graduate level).
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
- Strong knowledge of NI employment law (ROI knowledge desirable).
- Experience working in a multi-site environment.
- Proficiency in HR systems and reporting.
- Full driving licence with flexibility to travel across sites.
