About you
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR advisory role
- Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of employment law in NI
- Proven ability to support managers with employee relations, disciplinary, and grievance processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, multi-site environment
What you'll do
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers on employment law, policies, and procedures
- Support employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary, and grievances
- Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies
- Analyse KPIs and produce reports to support management decision-making
- Facilitate HR forums and participate in internal and external meetings
- Assist with TUPE processes and manage employee communication during organisational change
- Ensure compliance with legislation and promote best HR practices across the organisation
