Location: Belfast (Hybrid - 3 days per week in office)

About you

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR advisory role
  • Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of employment law in NI
  • Proven ability to support managers with employee relations, disciplinary, and grievance processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, multi-site environment

What you'll do

  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers on employment law, policies, and procedures
  • Support employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary, and grievances
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies
  • Analyse KPIs and produce reports to support management decision-making
  • Facilitate HR forums and participate in internal and external meetings
  • Assist with TUPE processes and manage employee communication during organisational change
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and promote best HR practices across the organisation
