This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented HR professional to join a busy and supportive HR team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support across a range of HR functions while benefiting from a flexible hybrid working arrangement.
Salary: £28,000 - £31,000
About You:
- Previous experience in an HR Administration role is essential
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in the use of HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across the HR function
- Act as a first point of contact for employee HR queries, responding promptly and escalating matters where appropriate
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and data protection requirements
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including interview coordination, candidate communication, and new starter administration
- Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related correspondence
- Update and maintain HR systems with employee information, attendance records, and leave data
- Assist with the preparation of HR reports, metrics, and management information
